We offer various customized private catering services in Kaiseki style on site.
Chef Lang has two different menus for private service:
A: Japanese Kaiseki Menu. $300 per person.
Currently limited to 6-12 people maximum.
This menu consists of 8 different tasting courses outlined as follows:
1.Sakizuki,
2.Suimono,
3.Sashimi,
4.Nimono,
5.Yakimono,
6.Shiizakana,
7.Shokuji,
8.Kanmi.
B: Kaiseki & Omakase Sushi. $260 per person.
Currently limited to 6-12 people maximum.
This menu consists of 20 different tasting courses, of which 15 are Chef's choice nigiris, served as follows: Three courses of appetizers, fifteen(15) pieces of nigiris sushi specially selected by the Chef, soup course, and dessert.
All reservations need a minimum of 15 days of advance notice.
We require that minimum expense for six (6) guests.
If it's less than six, we will charge the expense of six guests according to one of the two menu choices.
We will provide one professional server at $300.
The server will also assist the Chef in describing each dish for you.
The above charge includes purchase of the highest quality Japanese ingredients, mainly the best seasonal ingredients at their shun (peak period for enjoyment), menu design, on site service, and all fees etc.
Materials and ingredients are included but not table and serve wares. If you need us providing dishes cost $300
Clients are expected to provide their own table wares.
